Description
People are designed for movement. Sitting at a desk all day really does you no good at all. You’re at your best when you change your posture every 20 minutes. So, here is a start. You don’t have to do all the exercises at once. One at a time will do. It’s not an exercise programme, it’s just a way to break your posture.
Thanks to whoever gave me this sheet of exercises many years ago – I’ve adapted the exercises themselves to suit the people I treat.
